Our fresh mushrooms, such as porcini, chanterelles and ovoli, are spontaneous products that cannot be cultivated. This means that we work every day in close contact with nature, looking for the best mushrooms from the undergrowth. After harvesting and selection, the fresh mushrooms travel at a controlled temperature and arrive in your kitchen as if they were just picked.
Not all mushrooms can be Cimina Funghi.
